Similar to Daily Fix, during this class you are building strength and muscle while combining the good old conditioning element. What makes this class special is that we are not making you do difficult gymnastic or Olympic weightlifting movements. No. We are actually giving our muscles an extremely good isolated pump! Think of it as an old-school globo gym sesh but in a way more time-efficient manner with the inclusion of actual cardio work; the latter you would most likely skip anyway if you train on your own at a regular gym.
Pump ‘N Grind incorporates Compound Strength movements such as Squats, Deadlifts and Presses. But when we say “Pump”, we really mean it. Legs, Back, Arms, the whole shebang! The perfect class if you want to skip the difficult movements but fancy some good cardio while shaping and building the body.
